It started with a phone and a list.
My first job was selling. Cold calls, follow-ups, targets. Some of it was lead generation in tightly regulated spaces like Medicare, where every lead had to be clean and every call had to count.
Then I saw what happens after “yes”.
In customer success I sat on the other side of the deal: onboarding clients, answering the same questions, keeping them happy months after the sale.
Then I learned to start conversations at scale.
I moved into email marketing and outbound. Domains, mailboxes, deliverability, lists, sequences. I ran outreach for recruitment agencies across the US, UK, the Netherlands and Belgium, and started Overlap, a US-focused recruitment brand.
Then I stopped doing the work by hand.
As a GTM engineer I started automating everything I used to do manually: sourcing agents in n8n, AI research in Clay, CRM migrations, and AI voice agents that call leads back.
So I built the system I wish I’d had.
